  • I have a nut/peanut allergy so everything I bake is guaranteed to be nut-free! However, they are not made in a nut-free facility. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution. Baking My Feels Inc. is not liable for allergic reactions.

  • All standard treats contain gluten and dairy, and are not recommended for individuals with strict diabetic diets. They are vegan options for cakes and cupcakes.

  • Cake decorating is an art form, and while I'll do my best to use an image as an inspiration, it's almost impossible to recreate another artists' work exactly. I am always transparent with my current skill level and will let you know which designs and techniques I am confident I can execute.

Ordering Process

  • Order pick-ups are at Rollz Ice Cream Ajax - 11 Harwood Ave S Ajax, ON L1S 2B9. However, Baking My Feels INC. is operated out of a private home in Ajax, ON and you are not able to make orders or speak to the baker in person at that location.

  • Yes, delivery is offered throughout Durham Region, Toronto and select areas in York and Peel Region. Delivery is automatically calculated at checkout and ranges from $25-$75.

  • As soon as you know your event date! This ensures your order is secure and not subject to cancellation due to lack of availability.

    However at a minimum:

    • Custom cake and Catering orders require 1 week notice

    • Signature Cakes require 3-day notice

    • Signature Cupcakes require 2-day notice

    • Cinnabuns require 2-day notice

  • Refunds will be issued only if Baking My Feels INC. cannot fulfill your order on the requested date.

    Orders canceled by the customer at least 72 hours before the delivery date will qualify for a credit, which can be applied to a future order. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will not be eligible for a credit and will not be refunded.
